What stays on your device
Everything you put into 3ME: your tasks, checkmarks, refrains, history, streak, name, theme and settings. It is stored in your browser or the app’s local storage and is not sent to us. If you delete the app or clear your browser data, it is gone. Use the backup/export option in Settings to keep a copy.
Accounts and email
An account is optional while you are in your free trial. If you sign in (to subscribe on the web, restore a purchase or redeem a code), we store:
- your email address, used to send one-time sign-in codes and important notices about your subscription;
- an anonymous account ID, the date your free trial started, and whether you have an active subscription or lifetime access.
We do not send marketing email. Sign-in emails are delivered by our email provider (Resend). Account records are stored with our hosting provider (Netlify).
Subscriptions and payments
After a 3-day free trial, 3ME costs $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year. On iPhone and iPad, payment is handled by Apple; on Android, by Google Play; on the web, by Stripe. They process your payment details under their own privacy policies, and we never receive your full card number. We use RevenueCat to keep track of which account has an active subscription. RevenueCat receives your anonymous account ID and purchase records from Apple, Google or Stripe, but not your checklist.
Weather and markets
If you add a ZIP code or city, the app requests the forecast straight from Open-Meteo or the US National Weather Service, and looks up the location with Zippopotam.us or Open-Meteo’s geocoder. If you add stock symbols, it requests quotes from a public market-data service. These requests come from your device without any account or identifier from us. As with any web request, those services can see your IP address. Your ZIP code and symbols are saved only on your device.
Analytics and tracking
3ME has no ads, no third-party analytics and no cross-app tracking. Our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
Children
3ME is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your choices
You can use the app without ever signing in during the trial. You can ask us to delete your account and email at any time by writing to the address below. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple, Google Play or web account settings. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let signed-in users know.
