Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the 3ME app and website (“3ME”). By using 3ME you agree to them.
What 3ME is
3ME is a simple checklist that helps you care for your Soul, Body and Mind each day. It offers encouragement, not medical, financial or professional advice. Weather and market information is provided as-is by third parties and may be delayed or wrong.
Free trial and subscription
- When you first open 3ME you get a 3-day free trial. No payment is needed to start it.
- After the trial, 3ME costs $3 per year (or the local equivalent shown at checkout) as an auto-renewing annual subscription.
- In the iOS app: payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before then. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- In the Android app: billing is handled by Google Play. Manage or cancel the subscription in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
- On the web: billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account. It will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- One subscription unlocks 3ME on the web, iPhone and Android when you sign in with the same account.
- If your subscription ends, the checklist is locked, but your data is kept on your device and nothing is deleted. Subscribe again to continue.
- Refunds for app-store purchases follow Apple’s or Google’s policies. For web purchases, contact us within 14 days.
- We may change the price in the future. Any change applies from your next renewal, and you will get advance notice as required by Apple, Google or law.
Your account
Signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
What you write in 3ME stays yours and is stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping a backup.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse 3ME. That includes trying to bypass the subscription, interfering with the service, or reselling access.
Disclaimers and liability
3ME is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for 3ME in the past 12 months.
Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded 3ME from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for 3ME or its support.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If you keep using 3ME after a change, you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], USA.
